I am not sure, but since you posted this question in another thread a little over an hour ago, someone will see it and answer it. No need to post the question again.

My guess is that it can't be far from the lobby.

As I recall it was at the main entrance where guests get dropped off, just to the left of the main door. After doing the paperwork we went there and someone got the car out of the parking lot and brought it to this spot. The fact that my memory of this is hazy is a sure sign that the location was obvious and that the whole thing went off without a hitch. I only tend to remember clearly the speed-bumps in life.

Anybody know?

There is a large customer service area "opposite" the main check-in desk at the Dolphin. The Alamo/National car rental desk is located in this area. It's well marked and easy to find.
