Does anyone know when discounted rates for HRH come out for next year?

We are thinking of booking a room at the HRH for sometime this May. Does anyone know when the FL. rate, AAA, or entertainment rates will come out?

Should I just book the room and then change when the rates go down or should I just hold on alittle longer?

Same question here. Want to book for end of Jan./beginning of Feb. but they don't have the entertainment rates available yet .

I just finished checking for March 2003. They have AAA for Royal Pacific and Portafino but nothing for Hard Rock. I was also told that all the Fan Club rates for the Royal Pacific are gone. I find that hard to believe since I've been checking every week and last week I was told they're weren't any yet. The person helping me said they've been told that the discounts will go in the first week in October. I'll keep checking at least once a week and will post if anything better comes out.

Appreciate your help Barb. I'll also keep checking and post as soon as I know anything. This way with several of us on top of the situation we're bound to know right away. There is a big difference in regular prices vs. the discounted rates and I want to make sure I book as soon as they are available.

I just called this morning for mid-Feb and was told that RPH and PBH has AAA rates in but no discount rates for HRH. I was also told that only pool view and above were available at the HRH and some days I wanted were not available at all at the RPH. I booked the rack rate $249 for a pool view at the HRH just to get it locked in. The same thing happened to us last year. I then called back in late October and was given a choice of the AAA rate of $189 for a pool view or $159 for a Garden view, which we took becuase we spend very little time in our room. I am planning to do the same this year. They are very good about letting you switch to the lower rate, at least they were last year. Hope this helps.

Thanks Tony, I'd prefer the Hard Rock but was waiting for lower rates before I booked. But given what you've been told I think I'd better book my rooms now and wait for the discounts. That's what I did last year and I ended up reducing the room rate twice, by a total of $100 per night.

I called the HRH just this morning for our trip in June. The wonderful woman I spoke with told me that the Entertainment and Fan Club rates will be coming out in 2 weeks. She also said there are plenty of rooms available in June.
