We have them on our lawn. They are probably pests, but we think they're kinda cool.

Yep. Its a slug. They'll eat your bushes and other foilage. I always get rid of them.

I know - that was very mean and I'm sorry. Typically you won't meet a more critter-friendly person than me, but I *don't care for* slugs at all.
