Does anyone know the refund policy for 1 day tickets?

I have been searching the website and I can't seem to find the info.
I have also sent numerous emails and have still not gotten a reply.

I also tried to call today but they said due to high call volume to try back later.

Just in case anyone wanted to know.

You can cancel your tickets. Just call customer service and have your order # ready and they will cancel them for you.

Are you asking about Seaworld tickets? Any idea if multiday tickets can be cancelled also? I have the 7 day Seaworld/Aquatica and am thinking of switching to Discovery Cove?.....Seaworld is free with Discovery Cove entry so I would need that refund first.

Hi,

Yes you can cancel your ticket purchase. I just called Seaworld and they cancelled and credited my credit card. Then I bought the right tickets....

That's really nice of them. I don't imagine that too many companies will give you money back on paid park tickets.
