Does anyone know of a cheap place to get lots of Silly Bands?

Our Dollar stores and Family Dollar has them for a ...$1.00. Not sure of the quality but probably not that great, plus I would think that they might be a choking hazard to younger kids. I am also trying to think of something better to hand out besides candy that does not break the bank! I thought of pencils for older kids and I always have safety suckers on hand for the smaller kids!
I want ideas too! Anybody????

our walmart has the 4 dollars ones. but if you go by the toys they have the dollars one too. they have all kinds and they also have silly band rings for 1. hope this helps you.

Where do you find the glow bracelets? DD3 got her first bracelet this week from grandma and she looooooooved it.
