Does anyone know if you can buy pinecones at Walmart?

I need to get a project together for my Girl Scout troop, and everything else would be at Walmart, but I am unsure if they would carry pinecones?

I saw some at Hobby Lobby yesterday. Don't recall seeing any at Wal Mart in the Christmas area but they might have them in the craft/fabric area. Before Hurricane Ivan I could have done a good business selling pinecones, we don't have near as many now.

Michaels or another craft store should have them.

I bought some last year for 90% off after Christmas.

Seriously, I don't know if Walmart has them or not but I would think that Michael's or some other type of craft shop would have them. Do you have an Agway store near you?

Micheals or Old Time Pottery. Or you could just pack your troop down here to Georgia. I'll let you set up your tents in my backyard and ya'll can rake up all the pinecones you want

Sorry I refuse to shop at Wal-mart.

Just kidding of course. I don't know though. They might in the craft department. But I agree that if you have a Michaels nearby that's a better bet.

Not if you would like to keep your house intact! There is an entire thread about how wild my girls are! My Dd and another Girl Scout have cheerleading together in a rather big class, and the teacher knew the other little girl by name (thank god she didn't know my DD), as she called it in the middle to reprimand her. That about sums it up.

I could go and find some, but I think they are probably too small around here.
