Does anyone know if they are still selling the refillable cups at the Fort and if there is any type of protocol with getting the refills?

Saw a youtube video from people staying there and they said the refill stations are closed but you can get refills going up to the counter and asking, but the great bonus was they were also giving up to 2 refills gratis on the regular drinks in the cardboard cups. This was at both the take out at the Settlement and at the pool snack bar, the pool bar is only open for limited amounts of time.
