Does anyone know how to request a server?

On our 1st cruise on the Magic we had a great server then 2 years later ran into him again. He is moving to the Dream and I want to see if there is a way to request him ahead of time.

Has anyone done this before?

I've heard it can be done. I would just call and ask.
