Does anyone know how I can work at Art Of Disney as an Artist?

Hi everyone,

I am a novice artist, and I have visited the Art of Disney shops in Disney Springs and Epcot. I love everything about that place!

I'd like to work there one day, either as one of those people you see at a desk sketching a Disney character, or someone who makes the art to sell in that store.

Do I need to become an animator for Disney studios first?
