Does anyone know for sure if MYW with dining will be available in 2006?

Hi all! We are planning a trip for next Feb and want to do the Disney dining. I called and they said the packages for 2006 will not be available until late June or early July. Are they going to revamp the packages again? Will there still be the dining option? I would think they would at least do the same package throughout the celebration at least and since these just started in January it seems soon to revamp everything-but does anyone know for sure if we will still be able to get a MYW package with dining? Thanks!
