Does anyone know about upgrades

Hi I used to work for Princess...and we use to upgrade people complimentary....does anyone have experience with this?

People do receive upgrades. We got on in September from a Cat 4 to a Cat 3. There are a number of threads about this. The conclusion is that only Disney knows how they give upgrades and the is no system to increase ones odds of an upgrade. And probably the reasoning changes depending on the circumstances of the particular sailing.

Compared to other lines, DCL upgrades very few rooms. Book where you will be happy, and if an upgrade comes, you can be happier.
