Does anyone here use Paint.net?

I am so lost. I have done the online tutorials and used the help documentation. I can now do some neat things, but I can't create a simple design. Is there somewhere that can tell me how to make the finished product? I have my text box craeted and I have my image. I just want to create a 4x6 card and lay the two images onto it, but for the life of me I can't figure this out. Help if you can.

I finally did it. It was proably not the "right" way. I was going to post it, but I can't figure out how to find it from Photobucket. I'll figure that out later, I have computer headache.

I would love to hear from someone that uses paint.net. It would be great to have someone to ask questions. I promise not to be a pain.
