Does anyone here do Nutrisystem?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone on the WISH boards does Nutrisystem? How is it working for you? I am on day 10 - I actually like the food - but I feel like they allow too much food! I am afraid I am not going to lose much, but I am going to stick it out for at least the 1st 28 days to see how it shakes out. Anyone out there having success with this?

My mother lost a LOT of weight with NutriSystem, and even went to work for the company for a while years ago. It worked then!

I see they have a low-carb offering now... that would probably be the way I'd go, if I were to try it.

I lost 35 lbs on it in two months probably 15 yrs ago
but once I started eating regular food again the pounds started to come back on
I'd say weight watchers is much more sensible

I did it a long time ago and lost 33 lbs. in, maybe, 6 months. This was when you had to go to a Nutrisystem center and weigh-in. It was great then but I didn't really know how to eat "normally" afterwards (I was only 22) so I gained the weight back. I hadn't really worked on the "WHY" of my eating. I have done it more recently and had some success. Then I switched to Atkins and just felt so much better. Nutrisystem does work though. I think the food is terrific and VERY convenient. I think the calories are around 1200 so that's not too much. I always got hungry if I didn't add the fruit and veggies. Good luck with it!
