Does anyone have the number to order Name Badges from Disneyworld?

I remember seeing something about ordering them from some store in Downtown Disney by phone. How much were they, with engraving, how much is shipping, and how long did it take to get them? Thanks.

the # I used last year was 1-407-828-2042, it is the DTD Christmas store had no problem and they are quick.
The price if I remember was 6.40 ea. or close to that.
