Does anyone have pics of the statues inside Golden Dreams?

Because no one believes me when I tell them what I saw, and I think Whoopi- er, Califeria- used her mind powers to keep my camera from getting a picture.

Also, if you haven't seen it, you should. It's definitely a once in a lifetime experience, something you'll be talking about for weeks and months to come.

Heh. I was actually glad we saw it; it was one of the memorable things about our trip. As in, "Hey, remember when that CM tricked us into seeing Golden Dreams, and promised us that it was a great show? And remember the fifteen foot talking Whoopi statues? That was creepy. And remember how before the show started the other CM did the announcements and ended them with, "Good luck"? And remember how the first CM met us at the back doors snickering and said, "Good show, huh?"

Of course, we gave the film the Mystery Science Theatre 3000 treatment, so we might have enjoyed it more than Whoopi actually intended.

It was ok, I thought. The scenery was beautiful, and nicely filmed. It was kinda schmaltzy. I ducked into it when I had a few minutes on my own and it was just about to start. My kids probably would've been bored with it, though.

This is how we felt about what HusbandMan calls, "Aladdin: The Musical Craptacular." I have a lifelong penalty clause for taking him to that.

Heh heh...this is how I feel about Fantasmic...it's our favorite show because we can ride lots of rides while everyone else is watching it.
