Does anyone have or know about Paulownia trees?

DH's aunt gave us one to plant for Sam's birth. From the research I've done it looks like a really fast growing tree that does very well for where we live and it blooms in the spring. Seems perfect. I'm just wondering if it has a downside, like the seeds fall all over the place like a sweetgum, or the roots grow out like a crabapple. Anyone know anything?
