Does anyone have information on the Food and Wine Festival at Disneyland, DCA?

Good Morning!

It's almost New Year's.. May this New Year hold good and true things for You and Your family.

We've never been to the Food and Wine Festival at Disneyland... and I would love to hear from others who have been. Was it crowded? Would You go again? What did You like and Dislike?

When is it?

I had read of a annual passholders event you could buy tickets to for a private tasting ..i think it cost around 125 each. Does anyone know about this?

We've never done the Food and Wine Festival, but just last week I listened to the DIS Unplugged podcast about it and it sounded interesting. You can get that podcast (dated May 13, 2008) here:

Fairykin, here's a couple photos from last year's Ladies Only Trip (which was conveniently during Food & Wine Weekends. This was at a wine-tasting/appetizer event on the Trattoria terrace area. We got to watch the DEP go by as we sipped our wine. Very fun.

Well, you will be walking ALL over the parks, so you'll be exercising too! You don't want to look SO great that you outshine the bride, so some food and wine will help.

Hey guys - keep in mind that the Podcast Team is planning a big DIS Unplugged meet for I believe May 3 weekend or the first weekend. Pete hasn't given the official dates yet, but is possibly planning on announcing it this week. That means some really amazing special activities for those that sign up!
