It seems that every month or so, I have a few days or a weekend of needing carbs, or something more.
I almost never have to use the points allowed on WW, not needed to use my flex points. However, on a few rare weekends, I need to go into the flex points.
Is this a unique pattern for me, or do you have an similar story?

At least once a weekend we have a big meal, whether it's something at home (like grilling out and having chips and dip and drinks) or going out for burgers and fries and beer or Mexican and margaritas.
I love WW so much!
