Does anyone have an "off week (end)?

It seems that every month or so, I have a few days or a weekend of needing carbs, or something more.

I almost never have to use the points allowed on WW, not needed to use my flex points. However, on a few rare weekends, I need to go into the flex points.

Is this a unique pattern for me, or do you have an similar story?

Oh my goodness, I can't imagine not dipping into the Flex Points! ;) At least once a weekend we have a big meal, whether it's something at home (like grilling out and having chips and dip and drinks) or going out for burgers and fries and beer or Mexican and margaritas.

Are you feeling guilty about using your Flex Points? Please don't, that's what they are there for!::yes::

Congrats on being able to stick with the program as faithfully as you have! :) I love WW so much! :)
 
Weekends seem to be hardest for me as well. That is when in the past I always did the most nibbling on things like chips.

As for the WW flex points I think it was Melanie that pointed out that using them especially when first starting out (like I am) is a good thing. If you can use them and still lose than as you get less and less (as you weigh less and less) it is easier to go to each level. That's the approach I'm using.

Congrats on doing so well. The flex points are there if you need them so if you use some don't feel guilty!
