Does anyone have a sample contract for renting points?

I am going to be renting some of my points out on the rent/trade board. This is something new to me and whilst a small reservation I am happy to do without a contract, I would like a contract for larger ones.

Does anyone have a contract they would be willing to share with me for me to use.
