I have no idea how to post links, but if you google 4 chip fudge, there is a recipe that calls for semi-sweet, milk, peanut butter and butterscotch chips. It is tasty, but you can tell there is something other than chocolate in it. I tried this at a party at a friend's house and thought it was a tasty variation to basic fudge.
The basic fudge recipe I've been using for years because it yields creamy results is the one where you boil butter and sugar and evaporated milk, then stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
