Does anyone go to or is anyone a graduate of Drew Univ. in NJ?

are they still giving out free laptops? when i looked at colleges, (in 1996) i remember one of the big draws was that they gave you a laptop.

it's a very pretty campus.

Fabulous school. Madison, IMO, is one of the nicest towns in NJ.

Both my DH and I graduated Drew in 1977. Although that was many years ago we are still very much "in the know" about the school - we have a DS who is considering Drew! My DS is a state ranked fencer and, if he attends, will probably fence for Drew. Drew does not have a football team - the most popular sport, in terms of support and game attendance, is soccer. My DH and I both loved Drew! We feel we received a top-notch education there. Drew was, and still is, an extremely liberal school, and diversity (of any kind) is not only accepted, it is celebrated! Drew has many off campus programs - I studied at the United Nations and the London School of Economics. I doubled majored in poli sci and anthroplogy and then went on to law school- my DH doubled majored in history and Spanish literature.
