Does anyone get the Orlando Entertainment book or Orlando magazines?

I've been thinking about getting the Entertainment Book (coupons?). Has anyone done this and was it beneficial to your trip?
There are also Orlando magazine publications available...anyone get any of these? I just ordered the latest copy of Orlando Attractions Magazine, so I'll see if its informative.

Orlando Attractions Magazine is informative of you get it. I think they are in serious financial trouble though. We have been subscribers since the beginning two years ago. They told us a couple of months ago that the publication was changing to quarterly instead of every other month. We were told by e-mailed newsletter that the next magazine was being shipped out in the middle of September. We e-mailed Orlando Attractions at the end of September to ask whether it had been shipped yet because my husband is very interested in the Halloweeen issue. No response.

I think we are hearing the death rattle of Orlando Attractions.

My copy of Orlando Attractions arrived today, even though we got a response yesterday saying that it might take two more weeks.

It is too bad that it is not available on the newstands because many people who would be interested don't even know that the magazine exists. The publishers are saying that they have tried without successs to get Orlando Attractions into stores.

I don't understand because Disney World is the #1 tourist attraction in this country. Then there are the other things in Orlando that are talked about in the magazine. I am sure they would all benefit from the coverage if book store browers in hotels and tourist areas saw that magazine because people who think that they have already seen a Disney theme park elsewhere in the world so what is the point of going to WDW might make a stop at WDW if there was something else in the area that they hadn't seen. This is particularly true of international toursts who are making their way around the highlights of this country. Crossing this country is no big deal to a tourist who has just went to the expense of crossing the Pacific.

I got my fall issue a few weeks ago. I love Orlando Attractions so much better than Celebration. Its great to have stories about all the events in Orlando, not just Disney.
