Yes. I'm actually double booked in several meal periods over the trip (a few with high-profile restaurants - 2 dinner Ohana on separate days and 1 Bog, most of them are restaurants that don't tend to completely book out until late in the game like Liberty Tree Tavern or Biergarten).
I'd rather NOT do that but the problem is trying to set up the trip during a high profile time (Christmas week) with Disney constantly changing the schedule. Which day is an Epcot day? Which day is an MK day? Monday was originally my Epcot day and Tuesday my MK day so I booked the restaurants appropriately. Then the crowd calendars said MK was going to be FAR less busy on Monday than Tuesday so I switched days - But certain restaurants (Be our Guest) are "fixed" points so my plan is to do morning/afternoon at MK on Monday then dinner at MK on Tuesday. But Be our Guest may interfere with the Wishes time (because last year Disney had it at 8:30 and I set up the reservations for 6:45 just after the castle lighting but this year Disney has Wishes scheduled for 7:30 AFTER the 180+10 RSVP time... ***?! So now I'm trying to switch BoG to Monday or catch an earlier time on Tueday - yeah right... but in the meantime I added another Ohana dinner RSVP to Monday to go with the Biergarten RSVP I already had in case I end up at MK all day on Monday! But it all might switch back if Disney changes the Wishes time so I'm holding onto BOTH RSVPs until I can confirm the times or get the RSVPs the way I want them)
In addition, the 60 day FP is coming up and depending on what I can get FP for this may all change AGAIN!
I have no intention of holding onto the ADRs until the day/week before and plan on freeing up what I'm not using ASAP (Coz I realize I'm "that guy") But I don't see what other options I have to try to ensure a relatively stress free trip when it comes to dining (well stress free for the rest of the family while we're there... I'm front loading all the stress now!

) Disney has made this mess of their own accord. They should allow the ADRs and the FP+ at the same time and should do it at 90 days out or even 60 days out. If we're going to be forced to plan our trips this far in advance we need full schedules at the time of planning - Not spoon fed out to us with changes even 30 days out. Until they do, this kind of RSVP "gaming" is going to continue.
