Does everyone's husband have a grumpy shirt? hahahaha Mine has 2!! We also try to "coordinate" at Disney- the pictures always look so good!!

I just got my DH a grumpy and a donald attitude shirt this year to match his personality :lmao: He actually likes Disney shirts and wears them on our trips but he was a little ticked off with my selections for this year. I just found a woman's Hannah Montana shirt on clearance at Walmart for $3 and got it for our upcoming trip. My DH thinks that I'm crazy but now my DD and I can wear coordinating Hannah shirts one day.

I bought a whole bunch of Disney shirts from the Disney Store online a few months before our trip. Everyone (except for DS14 who would be completely mortified) has several shirts to wear daily while at Disney. Even DH who would usually not wear them. He figures he in on vacation, so is a little more lenient with the wardrobe choices. I did have actually family shirts paid at a screenprinter, but we haven't worn them yet. (We are currently at Disney. DH has decided to pay the $9.95 a day for internet access) I will post the pictures of them on DISboards as soon as I take a picture. So, anyway, I give buying Disney shirts a thumbs up for vacation.

My mom and I always match one day when we are at Disney. We do our matching outfits when we have our breakfast with Pooh and friends at Crystal Palace. Last year we custom ordered shirts from disneyshopping.com. Then we took the shirts to a local monogramming place and had them monogrammed. We got tons of compliments. One of the CMs doing a behind the scenes tour saw our shirts and said, 'Ya'll have been here before, haven't you?' LOL :rotfl:

Dh isn't really a fan, but will do it as long as he can have Pete.

I asked DH what suitcase he was planning to take on our upcoming cruise and he said "That depends - how much of my own clothing am I allowed to bring, and how much are you bringing on my behalf?" :rotfl2: He's a good sport - he'll wear the matchy-matchy stuff, albeit with a bit of an eyeroll. I try to get him cool stuff like sports jersey styles when I can... and the rest of the time he just sucks it up like a good Daddy. :thumbsup2

I do know my limits, though - I saw the *perfect* shirts a few weeks ago, but I knew DH would never wear them because they were blue and yellow... UCLA colors. That's more than I could ever expect my dyed-in-the-wool USC Trojan to bear. ;)

I have shirts for the kids to wear my DD has a Minnie Mouse shirt & dress, her Captain Jack shirt & her HSM shirts she will wear and the boys have POTC shirts and Jack the Pumpkin King shirts. I will also wear my POTC shirts and my Mickey shirt, but DH is a bump on a log and won't join us in our shirts.

T- they actually may be more likely to think we are crazy after visiting us!!!!

Seroiusly some of us (me included) have got a serious addiction to custom clothing(usually disney themed) for our kids! So far I have about 8 customs for a 5 day trip!

Well i guess my dh is easy because the man will wear whatever i pack for him. As long as it's not pink, rainbow, or crocs he'll where it!

Same with my DH-he gives me pretty much free reign on the coordinating clothes. I'm glad I'm not alone and I always feel better when we run into another family that is all matchy matchy. :rotfl: That also allows me to tell DH...see, its not just me-other people do it too!

Another looney disboutiqer here! We are making mathcing outfits for the whole family. DD4 gets customs for every day. dd13 will get 3 cutoms and the rest are disney store bought, and dh will have 1 custom and then his tye dye mickey shirts and his GRUMPY shirts and other disney bought shirts. I have my one custom, my tye dye and then my disney store attire.

Another crazy DisBoutiquer here...DD has at least two "Disney themed" outfits (mostly customs) to wear per day (plus matching hairbows and Crocs)! I also tend to purchase disney themed t's for DH and I before we go to Disney. I buy them throughout the year when they are on clearance so I don't have to feel bad about only wearing them at Disney.

Lol, you sound like me. I love dressing everyone in matching clothes!

Very nice looking family :) We wear matching shirts everyday at Disney :) We do wear a nice outfit when we go out to eat with my mother while we're visiting her in the Orlando area....but when we're at the hotel or park, we all match LOL My husband, at first, wasn't crazy about it..joking a lot, saying he'd take his own shirts...etc. But really, he likes it LOL Plus with 7 of us....it helps us to keep up with everyone.

Oh and we're also a Homeschooling family AngelBabyJana!!

Yes, I went crazy with my kiddos over Halloween and Christmas...

Here's some examples of what they wore: VERY PIC HEAVY..ENJOY!

Yep, all the time. Another disboutiquer here. Been doing it since our first trip with DS5.

WOW! Why haven't you joined out Disboutiquer's thread...the ladies will go nuts over those!!

If I recall correctly, obsessedwiththemouse was one of the original Disboutiquers because I remember her from when I posted on that thread in the very beginning. For me, I stopped keeping up with the thread last summer because it got to be too much to try and keep up with pages and pages posted each day. Lots of talented folks there.

Yes, I was part of the original "part 1" boutique board. The board was hard to keep up with, so I joined a private Disney boutique board.

I have since been "kicked off" the private board.

Maybe I should join the "part 7" ya'll got goin' on. :) I miss being in the "boutique world", so to speak.

Thanks for your kind words. :goodvibes

We are another family who does the matching clothes for Disney trips. I must have a fairly easy going family, because they all do it and have for several trips with no complaints. In fact, we travel other places frequently (at least once a month - another homeschooling family), and on other trips I often hear comments about how much easier Disney is because we match LOL

I usually purchase a large amount of clearanced Disney Store stuff for the kids (ds 13, ds 12, dd 8, dd3) and dh. But we do not worry so much about an exact macth, instead we assign each day a color. I personally skip the Disney attire (not a t shirt fan unless it has a v neck), but I always wear the color of the day. My good sport of a dh will actually have several Grumpy shirts for our next trip in a month - all in different colors ::yes::
