A designer made them for me YEARS ago, and it looks like the designer that made them may not be here anymore. I could be totally overlooking them, so apoligies if they are...

I'm thinking that is Tom's (Too excited to sleep) and I think that on one of his last threads he said he wouldn't be personalizing anymore (correct me if I'm wrong!!)

If you are somewhat good with a computer you could personalize it yourself. In paint you can color over the name and then just add new text.
