Does anybody remember...

there was a thread within the past month raving about an anti-snoring device, kind of a mouth-guard type of thing? The poster raved about it and said it really *really* worked, some other folks responded & had good things to say as well. If anyone remembers the thread, the product, please post your replies here.

Just a bump for the Sunday afternoon crowd. I wish I had bookmarked or subscribed to that thread though, the product sounded great (and was complete with unsolicited testimonials). Need to find it for an IL who is wresting with snoring issues.

Are you talking about CPAP machines? My DH was diagnosed with sleep apnea about 2 years ago, and this machine has literally saved his life and my sanity.

The mouthpiece is called Pure Sleep. It worked for my DH for a while, but then he learned how to snore around it! I have gone back to earplugs...

Yes, I should have subscribed or bookmarked, but I've searched using Google & looked & can't quite find the item or the DIS thread that mentioned it.

Thanks anyway, hoping someone remembers the thread or the comment...trying to find this for an extended-family member who already has a CPAP but was hoping to try this other remedy that also might work.
