Does anybody collect "marlboro miles"?

If you smoke marlboros(please, this is not a smoking debate!) and have saved the miles off the side of the packs, you may notice that the packs no longer have miles. This rewards program is ending in Sept so we sent for the catalog to cash them in. Unfortunately, we are about 100 short of what we'd like to cash in for and have no way to get more since they are no longer on the packs.

Anyway, I just thought I'd ask if anybody else on here collects them and has any extra that they will not be using that they could spare. PM me if you do.
