doctors scale just found another 7lbs I need to loose! uhhh

Thought I was within 4lbs of goal. However, docs scale shows Im 7lbs more than I thought I was.
I figure my total weight loss is still the same - always weighed on same scale. But guess Im more than I thought I was.
Going to 125lbs instead of original 130lbs to make up the difference in the 2 scales

Uhhhh - Don't you just hate that! At least it doesn't take away from the total pounds you have lost! I hate going to the doctor and having their scale tell me I need to lose even more would be a real bummer.

Well, now you know and it sounds like you have a plan. Keep on going and those extra pounds will come off in no time at all!

Just an aside, Doctors almost never calibrate their scales, so it could be his/her scale that is incorrect.

eeeww! I hate it when that happens!! I got a new scale a few weeks ago and cried when it added 8 pounds to what I need to lose.
Keep in mind you have lost all the weight, and you are doing great! Don't let that nasty scale get you down! Show it who is boss!
