Is this Doable? (CYM and Harmony Barbershop)

We are bringing our little one in September for her first visit and want to do the Harmony Barber Shop, Capture Your Moment, and Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

We had originally planned to do the Halloween party on 9/20 and I waited too long to buy tickets and it sold out, so I have to shift some things around. If I have a 10:40am first haircut appointment and an 11:15 Capture Your Moment.... Doable or impossible?
