Do your ADR plans go up in smoke once you get to WDW?

Our last trip was the first time I made an ADR for every day and we missed about half of them. We had problems with conflicting fast pass times (Splash Mountain FP had the same time as our Ohana ADR - guess which won), Dh deciding he would rather see the concert at EPCOT instead of getting to the restaurant, and children misbehaving so much one day that we didn't dare take them to a TS restaurant.

This trip the kids are older and we will have my Mom with us and she will definately need a nice break at dinner time, so I am once more making ADR for every day and keeping my fingers crossed.

I missed a couple breakfast ADR's. I had one at Kona, (I want to try the macadamia-pineapple pancakes,) and one at Fresh, (want to try the buffet,) and missed both of them, Fresh, becuase I overslept, and Kona because I think I made an impulsive decision to head to Epcot that morning, that was my last day, and I decided to try more food and wine festival items.

This year, I'm really going to try to make it to all of my ADR's, I don't like making them, and then not using them.

I *gasp* never make ADRs ahead of time (with the exception of HDDR). Once I'm there, if I think of something I might want, I call that day or maybe the day before. Surprisingly, I've never not gotten one I wanted if I was flexible about the time.

I want to see my Disney file too... :)
