Do you wash your car or put it through the car-wash??

When I had my Sunfire I washed it by hand at least once a week during the summer, in the winter I drove it through the car wash. But now, with my Blazer, it would take too long to hand wash it and like Browneyes I can't reach the top of it anyway, so I take it to the drive-through car wash, more often in the summer than in the winter but I still try to do it occasionally in the winter too. But like another poster said, it doesn't make a lot of sense to wash it and have it dirty again by the time I get home. I do like the inside to be clean all the time though. Never any fast-food bags or candy bar wrappers on the floor, and I like to keep the dash board dusted off.

I take it to the car wash and wash it myself. However, I usually wait until it's pretty dirty.

Always take it through the car wash

, with a gas fill up you can get a complete wash(exterior only) for $4.50. My time is worth more to me than the money.It is also only 2 minutes from our house.
