:confused3 I know it is counter service but I read that you order your food at the counter and you are seated and they bring your food to you. Is this true and if so how much do you tip? The regular 18-20%? Just trying to figure out my tip budget. TIA:flower3:

Last year it wasn't automatically added. However, we had really friendly people and the service was great. We tipped 18%.

Tipping at a CS! I can tell you this, these will definatley be places we will not be tipping. Our TS tips are amounting to a little over $200.00 already.

We didn't tip the first time, as it was a CS after all...

2nd time we went, we left a few dollars as the man recognized us from a few days ago and was really friendly. We'll tip a few dollars again in future :)

It's the only CS we would tip at - as they bring you the food and clear your plates.

It's not your typical cs. They do bring your food to the table and will get your drink refills.

I don't know if they expect tips or not, but both times we were there, we had really nice servers so we did leave a 20% tip. I was a server and know how it is, so I like leaving great tips places. I feel good about it. Five extra dollars is sort of a drop in the bucket on a Disney vacation and it means more to the server than me. Besides it's good karma for the next table that has that server, after they got that tip, they will be in an even better mood and maybe even try harder to go above and beyond for the next guests, making a more enjoyable experience for all.

Seeing that i've always had a great meal (along with great service) at WPE they deserve the tip.

We dont, all they do is bring our food to the table...we get our own drink refills and such. They never come back to check on you or anything so why would I tip them? We even clean off our own table :goodvibes
