Do you think you look your actual age? (UPDATE p. 19, post 272)

Ive been told I look younger than I am. When I tell people my age they do that whole "really?" thing. Its pretty cool. I just hope I can keep up my "young" look as I age. If not, I better start stock piling the spackle.

You know I have a DD in college and boys in high school, middle school and my baby in kindergarten. :teeth: Life is never dull! Would I change it for the world? Um, not usually. ;)

Tigger&Belle - I remember seeing posts of yours about your kids and I keep thinking to myself that I will probably be asking you for advice sometime! :teeth: Isn't your youngest a boy? I am in foreign territory with little boys as we had a pretty girly house until he came along (with the exception of DH, of course! :rotfl: ) I have a feeling that my life just got a whole lot more interesting with the addition of our new little one. ;)

With my DD now in college I'm not sure what to do with all the testosterone in the house. :rotfl: I'm happy to have an equal number of male/female pets (have to count my blessings... :) ). If us Washington DC area people get together again hopefully you'll be able to make it!

Just say 'when'! Now that the baby is older I can definitely plan on making the next DIS meet! :thumbsup2

I just turned 36 and I used to think I looked young. Yeah, used to. Then I clicked on the link from the "Who do you look most like" thread. I found out that I look like Paul McCartney. So, not only do I NOT look young, but I look like a...white...man. Kind of blew my whole self image in one shot.

It's uncanny, isn't it?

How old do I look in my signature pic? I'll be 35 in April.

Please, somebody tell me I don't look a day over 29!! Please!

(The Minnie Mouse sweatshirt helps me look younger, RIGHT?)

You look young AND tiny.:thumbsup2

I get asked all the time if I am still in HS. :teeth: I suppose it is due to a combination of good genes, oily skin (which doesn't wrinkle as easily) and the fact that I do not feel the need to tan myself into an early grave.

Okay, I finally got pics of me on here!! First time ever. This is history in the making right here folks. All these were taken last year, the most recent was the bottom one in Nov.05. I am 34 and as you can see don't look a day over 43. :teeth:

I think you look great for your age!

Well I'm 15 and I think I look pretty dead on for my age. Most people mistake me for being a late teen or a young 20 which I think is totally off. What do you think?

 I am 47 but up until a few months ago I could pass for mid-30's. All of a sudden gravity has taken over and my face is drooping. No wrinkles, just drooping. I have lost 20 lbs rather quickly so I blame some of the "droop" on that.

But overall, I think I look okay. People appear surprised when I tell them I have a 28 year old son and no one has EVER asked me if I have grandchildren (I don't).

But DH is 50 so we are both members of AARP now!

mommaU4,
I think you look great. I am 42 and I think you look younger than me, sooo, you CAN'T say that you like like you are in your mid-40s. So there.

I wish I could post a picture of myself. I forgot how to do it and I don't even have one of myself--can you believe that--we have such a crappy digital camera. It took me weeks to post one of my DD's homecoming dress.

It's impossible to tell which one is Paul and which one is you. Are you on the left or right? :teeth:

Shugardrawers, my DH saw this picture and said "now SHE looks old!" LOL
