I don't think so. I think Disney will continue general-themed lands with multiple similar franchises included. I can see US/IOA expand WWHOP, but I don't see them trying to duplicate it with another franchised land.
The reason why I think not is due to the flexibility of having general-themed lands. Plus, your investments are heavily leveraged with a franchise, but then the franchise loses value. For instance, imagine if, all of a sudden, some weird scandal occurs surrounding Harry Potter and the franchise loses value quickly. Universal will have to re-theme the entire venue.
But say if, all of a sudden, something weird happens with Toy Story at WDW. They will have to redo the rides, but they will have minor adjustments to the park itself.
But if Disney really wanted to do something with Chronicles of Narnia and theme it correctly, they would have a world like "Mystical Land" or something. They can do some LOTR stuff, CON stuff, and even some other classics. But I don't see them trying to re-create Middle Earth.
