Do you think Walgreens will ever stop RR?

I get so many good deals at Walgreens due to their RRs. I am able to stock up on body wash , oral items, and deodorant for may family and pay a fraction of the cost.

I am now working on making homeless bags with the deals I get. Our local news did a thing on Wags the other night showing how you can buy items, get RRs, then buy other items, get RR and repeat the transactions.

Wont this make them want to stop the RRs or do you think they want more business with people doing this?

I don't think it will make them quit offering the RR's.
CVS has the ECB's which are similar.

Where I live, Walgreen's doesn't offer RR at all. I'm not sure if they ever have.

I'm not sure mine offers it either. What exactly are RR?
