First time trying to get a resale contract.

Do you think "jekinisa---$121-$27510-220-AKV-Dec-0/18, 440/19, 220/20, 220/21-seller pays MF '20" is a good deal?

You’re getting a lot of 2019 points. We sold 150 AK points last year for $105 but there were no 2019 points and only 65 2020 remaining points because of borrowing. So they couldn’t use the whole 150 until 2021. We paid all the maintenance for 2019 and most of it for 2020. I’m sure there are analysts who can tell you to the penny if you’re getting your Monies worth. But If you’re getting all the 2019 and 2020 points for no maintenance that sounds great. You’re already ahead and have use of over 600 points almost immediately.

Points can be rented out in the $13 range. If they were to rent out the points that were banked into 2019, the actual price would be $108 and go down from there. So, while it seems a bit high for AKV, the value of those points alone puts it in line with what I've been seeing on the ROFR board.

It's a good deal if you have a great use for all the banked points. If you want to go poly at 7 month window and use a lot it's really nice. You can probably negotiate $2-4 less and then it's a really solid deal I think.

Yes, it’s a good deal. Especially since your getting a loaded contract and you got the seller to pay the ’20 dues.
