No. They aren't a Disney resort. If Disney was going to allow them I bet they would have to come up with lots of money to support it.

Oh, I think Disney would allow it in a heartbeat if S/D ante'd up sufficient cash. They could always put them on the same buses as BW & YC.

Having said that, I really don't think that S/D will feel any need to make that investment unless their occupancy rates fall drastically. Right now that isn't happening, and their convention bookings are doing very well, so I don't think it will happen in the foreseeable future.

Rent a National rental car at airport and return it to the Dophin. There is a National office in the Dolphin.

No, because can you imagine the outcry from the town car and taxi companies if DME started going to non-Disney-owned resorts, even just the ones onsite?
