Do you think conciergewill contact me in time for Thanksgiving PS?

I am worried with the way priorty seatings book up over a holiday that the concierge staff will not contact me early enough. Should I go ahead and book myself or contact the staff and let them know what I need at 120 days out. Which would be tomorrow for some things. Any advice on what I should do?

I would absolutely contact concierge and tell them what you are needing for Thanksgiving. We are staying concierge during Christmas week. I contacted them myself first because I wanted them to help me get Victoria & Albert's Chef's table which needed to be booked 180 days out. They were very helpful and went ahead and emailed me the entire itinerary planner. Good luck.

Were are you staying I have some of the concierge e-mails for the some of the resorts. I would contact them I had contact with our planners at the BC over 150 days out. Last week was my time and they booked all our PS's.

Thanks for the helpful reponses. We are staying at YC concierge nov 21thru 23rd and Poly concierge the 24th thru 28th. I will contact YC to night. can hardley wait
