Yes we have that sickness here. We start planning the next trip before we leave from the current trip (sometimes before we even leave
for the current trip...yes, I am aware we need a twelve step program).
It's only gotten worse since we became DVC members a few years ago. We literal talk about it at least once per day.
At dinner we play the "Where am I?" game in which a person imagines a scenario/place/past event at WDW and the rest of the fam has to ask yes/no twenty questions-style questions to see if they can get themselves there too.
We did stop counting down the days until we leave as soon as we get back home. Now the rule is we can't start counting until we hit 100 so that's some improvement (of course, now we count down the days until we can start counting down the days...so maybe not such a big improvement, hmmm).
We check anxiously for park hours to be published so we can firm up our plans, but that doesn't stop us from making tentative plans well before then.
We also have a cork board with pictures of the resort(s) we'll be staying at, a checklist of things we need to do before going, pictures/maps of WDW and various character pictures.
I sometimes wonder whether this might constitute some form of child abuse leading to some sort of syndrome later in life which might require my child attend years of therapy to recover from...Oh wait, I forgot...he's inheriting the DVC points...
