We're usually at WDW during DH's birthday but not this time
(DH's birthday always falls during spring break....March 22, he turns 47 this Saturday
). Anyway, we always surprise him with something special. At one of the resorts, when we came back from the parks, our room was decorated (gotta love Disney CMs
). Cake, confetti, balloons, and towel animals were everywhere. Last March when we were at the Fort for his birthday, we ordered a cake and it was delivered at TE. We had our own little party at the marina.
I think DH's most memorable moment was in June, on Father's Day. DS and I told DH that it is his day and he can do anything he wants. What did he choose? Hit all 4 parks in one day and ride at least 4 rides in each park. Can it be done? Yes! We did it! And the 4 rides in each park were our favorite rides, and believe it or not, we used Disney transportation
We had a blast (but very exhausted) and DH earned his bragging rights to 4 parks in 1 day.
