Do you opt out of the body scanner?

I don't really care which I go through, the scanner or the metal detector. I just go wherever they tell me to go.

I have noticed that when we travel as a family, they often send our whole family (DH, me, DD17, DS15, & DS9) through the metal detector. On our most recent trip, DH and DS15 were a bit ahead of us and they were sent through the scanner. Then the TSA agent sent DD17, DS9, and me through the metal detector.

Ok, that's just downright reckless. But I do the same thing - I like to live on the edge too.[/Q

I know right, and just think of all the preservatives that are in the TV dinner, it's always a diet one though so that has to count.
