Do you need to stay at BLT to go to TOTWL?

Hi, I forgot if you needed to stay at BLT to go to TOTWL.
Thought I remember reading that any Dvc member can go when staying at Dvc resort.
I will be staying WLV and thought I would go there to watch special MVMCP fireworks.

There are a few blackout dates, but most of the time any member can visit the lounge.

You only need to be staying onsite and be a DVC member to go to the TOTWL. There are currently 4 blackout dates though that restrict access to those staying at BLT but it doesn't sound like that would affect you if you want to go up to watch MVMCP fireworks. Those restricted dates are 7/3, 7/4, 12/30 and 12/31.

just don't try it on thanksgiving - dvc can always add dates -

You will need your member ID, MB's for your party and I would take a picture ID.
