Not sure how the BOG ADR's work. Never been to BOG yet. This will be our first trip there so I want to make sure I get it right. I realize the lunch is considered QS but didn't know if you still needed an ADR for this. And if you use mobile ordering, can you still use the ADR, or do you have to get your food and find yourself a seat?
Thanks in advance for the information.

You can not mobile order at BOG, you can advance order and you need an ADR to do that. ADRs are highly recommended as walk ups are not a guarantee.

Though I haven't gone yet, everything I've heard or read about BoG suggests that you need an ADR even for breakfast and lunch.

If you breakfast or lunch at BOG I suggest you make sure you make it a priority ADR. This place is popular, and since the dinner menu is going signature, I believe breakfast and lunch will be even more difficult to secure.

You need an ADR. At breakfast or lunch, you'll order & pay, then go find yourself a seat. You get your own utensils and drinks. A server will come to your table with your meal.

Also if you do get “lucky” and get in as a walk up be prepared to wait a LONG time to order. Without an ADR you can’t access the order ahead/online service and therefore have to wait in a long line to place your order. I think the one time we did this we were in line for 20-30 minutes because the line was so long and moved so slowly. After that experience I’d never even try to walk up again-it took way too long.
