PLEASE DONT do it ! It is time for the lake to be lit up with the all the pretty lights . I just want to be able to go home at night LOL


I know it is pretty but the lines are so long you wouldnt enjoy that drive around and well Santa is mean there ........ yeah and Joe Pool lake stinks ... yeah like fish ....... yeah and if you take a Limo this year they are not charging like a car anymore it is like 50 bucks to drive through .... so yeah you dont wanna see it .

I hear they may uhhh not be able to afford to light it all up so only every other display will be lit .. yeah that is it !

The one that is on Hanger Lowe ? oh yeah the freaks were out on Halloween for that one . It sits behind The Grand Penninsula where I live . We love our house but good grief they block off all streets in and out of here for the 4th and then we recover and have to worry about how to get home becuase of the Prairie Lights LOL

for all the people who come out here I am shocked that really no one on here has heard if it .

You enter by the Marina and go around the lake it is all decorated and they have a "south Pole" with Santa

the City of Grand Prairie has been doing it for a few years and then they stopped and then started it again because of the complaints they got about not doing it.

I have lived in GP my whole life and I think this started about 8-10 years ago . It never bothered me till I moved out here to the lake and now I cant get home at night unless I go all the way around the city of Gp, Mansfield and part of Cedar Hill

If you have little kids you should check it out on the website to see if your kids would like it
