...with about 10 200 lb. + people???

Well, first the boat bumps and scrapes the sides. Then it sort of drags along the bottom. Oh, and it sort of tips to one side. Then it stops and they have to make an announcement that the ride has stopped temporarily. Then a CM has to find the stopped boat and have everyone rock back and forth until it unsticks.
:teeth:

I know what happens if you overload a boat at the Maelstrom in Norway. :)

The boats really do drag the bottom, don't they.

  I hope I never have that experience, Laura!
ROTFL, John!:p :p

Arrrrgh! It sounds like ye scurvey lubbers were heading straight to Davey Jones' locker!

Do you know what happens when the ride breaks down and all the lights go off for 10 minutes, and then the lights finally come back on?

Roaches and waterbugs go scurrying everywhere....I know from personnal experience...... :p

those things happen to me i will freak out:(

John,

Thanks for the giggle... I was thinking the exact same thing...

*trying to think of ways we can get into trouble in December*

I thought that getting stuck in a boat didn't sound like too much, but I think I'd prefer that to the roaches! I know there's no way to prevent them in Florida, but I'd rather not see them.

Hmm... and I got in trouble for rocking the boat at Splash Mtn!

overhead announcement:
"Please refrain from rocking the boat!"
