Do you kiss your spouse/SO when you leave?

We always kiss in the morning, and if he has to leave early and I am still in bed he will kiss me on the forehead. We also always kiss in the afternoon when we both get off of work and then kiss eachother goodnight.

Annette - I just read your post and I do the same thing. One time he told me to drive careful and I forgot to tell him and that was the day he got into an accident. I haven't forgotten to say it since then.

Always...on arrival and departure! Same thing with DD--if I'm dropping her off somewhere that it's not cool to have your mom kiss you goodbye (school, for example), I give her a big kiss and hug and tell her I love her before we leave the house.

He also goes into each daughters bedroom and kisses them goodbye as well (they are still sleeping).

He is just the best!

I wouldn't say always, but most of the time. We do always part with a "Love you, have a good day, be safe".

Its the unexpected kisses I like best like when we are sometimes passing each other going to different rooms.

Without fail! Everytime anyone goes anywhere, even the kids, its always an I love you and a kiss. Same with one the phone.

About 10 years ago my DH left for work and that afternoon I got a call that he had been in an accident. He was a mess but thankfully recovered. They actually didn't know if he'd walk again, but he is!
Then, about 5 years ago my son (16 at the time) got hit by a car while riding his bike. He was thrown 55 feet into a stockade fence, feet first. Broke both of those up real bad. Had he hit it head first he'd be dead.
Life is to short, you never know what will happen minute to minute in our lives.

Always, and I get up at 4:00 AM to see him off in the morning. I don't want the one morning I don't do that to be the one day that he doesn't come home.

Everytime we part and everytime we meet again. Sometimes I don't remember him kissing me goodbye on the mornings that I am still sleeping, but I know he always does.

Every night when he comes in from work he comes to my side of the house and kisses me goodnight and rubs my back till I fall asleep. In the morning I go to his room and kiss him before I leave for work. On the weekends we pretty much kiss all the time. He is a very affectionate kind of guy who NEEDS constant attention. He follows me to the bathroom!!

Yep! I'm up first and when he gets up while I'm getting ready we'll usually share a quick good morning peck. Another kiss, a hug, an "I love you, have a good day" when we we leave. Numerous "I love you's" throughout the day and a kiss and usually a hug when we get home.

We had a fight last night and I felt really hurt this AM. He is usually still asleep when I leave, he works at home, and I didn't kiss him. I set his alarm though because I knew he would risk sleeping in.....
