They are good to go and, as an onsite guest, are linked to your MDE account.

There's nothing to "turn on" - they're just a link to access the information in your MDE account.

Yes, they're linked to your account if you're an onsite guest or buy an AP. However, if you buy an "extra" one in the park or aren't an onsite guest (and therefore have to buy one) then it must be linked to MDE. In those cases, they'll often link it for you at the point of purchase if you'd like.
