I'm wondering if on a return trip if my husband and I can purchase the meal plan and pay out of pocket for our twins who will probably be between the ages of 3-4 years old? They are not big eaters and always share a meal when we go out anyway. Thanks for any info, Linda

No. You have to buy the dining plan for all occupants of the room, for the entire length of their stay. However, you may want to see the "Disney doesn't know if it's an adult or child credit" thread.
