Do you have to pick one kids club?

With the current Covid situation I was wonder if we will have to pick one kids club for DS to go to the entire sailing. DS is going to be 12yrs old this cruise so he qualifies to go to both the Oceanear Club and The Edge. Pre pandemic he would have been able to go to both as he pleased but will he have to pick one and stick with that one club and not hop if he wanted?

I’m not sure about the covid policies as we haven’t sailed yet. However once my kids turned 12 they really didn’t want to go to the oceaneers club anymore. They wanted to just hang out more with the friends from the edge and play the video games together in there.

No, he still has the choice. But be aware the Club/Lab currently requires a reservation for a specific time slot.

He can definitely switch between the 2. Kids Club requires reservations, Edge does not. Before we sailed, I blocked off 1.5. hrs for DD11 each day so that she had it as an option. She ended up checking out the Edge first and loved it so much that she never went to her KC slots. On the 3rd day - once I was sure she had made up her mind - I went ahead and cancelled all of our pre-booked KC slots so others could book them on board, if needed.

Hi - is this still the policy? My 12-year-old will be able to switch back-and-forth between the Edge and the Oceaneer's Lab, and for the Oceaneer's she'll need to make a reservation? Thanks!

No reservation needed for Oceaneers anymore
