My travel agent just informed me that you have to have the water park and more option on the buy four get three nights free deal? Does anyone know if this is true. Also if it is false once I get to Disney can I have them issue me a credit if I am not going to use it. All I want is park hoppers because it will probably be to cold to swim?

It is False you do not have to have any options on the buy 4 get 3 free. All it has to be is the basic ticket. I think I would get another travel agent, or call and get her to remove it.:)

I just got back from a trip on the 4/3 deal and I had just the park hoppers on my ticket and I didn't even need to have those on. I wouldn't get the Water Park and more on the ticket and then try to get it off and get a credit. It is much easier to put something on a ticket then it is to have it taken off. Get as little as you think you want and then you can always add more on later. So NO you do not need to have the Water Park and more on your ticket. When you go onto the website, it is usually check marked and you have to uncheck the option - but you can do it.

I just booked the 4/3 deal and I have an AP. I got single day basic park ticket with my package and will use it as credit toward my AP renewal. So no, you don't need any options at all on the deal. . .

Problem is that it is already paid in full. Am I out of luck because my TA made a mistake or can I just remove it when I get there because I am sick of going around about it but do not want to be out the $100 either?

it's your TA's mistake. have them call to change it & make sure the $50 change fee is taken out of her pocket not yours.

I wouldn't wait until you are there. Get your travel agent to make the adjustment now. Or call CRO and see if they can do the credit.

Since you are in the 45 day window be aware you may have to pay a change fee that might negate the savings you are getting removing the Water Parks & More. In which case you might actually want to add the no expire option so you can use the Water Park and More options on your tickets for a future visit. Did your TA make you add that already too? I believe that with the no-expire option even if you use all your park tickets the Water Parks & More options will not expire. You might want to check the ticket sticky to confirm this though.

ETA - the Water Parks & More is good for more than the Water Parks - from the WDW website "Select from two fabulous Water Parks, DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park, Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex or a round of golf at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course, a relaxed, nine-hole walking course designed for the entire family."

Your TA has to call and remove it and THEY will have to eat the $50 change fee since it was their mistake.

Well I called CRO and they are unable to do anything. The other problem is my mother in law (MIL) is going with us and the travel agent is a friend of hers. I talked to my MIL and she wants to just let it go so I agreed. I am really :furious: about it but I feel like my hands are tied! Oh well at least I got a really good deal in the first place and maybe there will be record high weather and I will be glad to have the water park option.

If not make MIL rent everyone golf clubs!:rotfl:
